The Phantom HRC50 HSS-E 8% Vari Countersink is the specialist for countersinking difficult-to-machine metals up to 50 HRC, such as Hardox. Manufactured from M42 steel with 8% cobalt, this multi-flute tool offers extreme heat and wear resistance for a superior tool life. The unequal flute spacing (Vari) eliminates vibrations for a smooth finish. The three-flatted shank guarantees slip-free, stable clamping with maximum power transmission, essential for hard materials.
