Phantom Keyway broach – Guide bushing for bore H7

Press-fit perfect keyways yourself. These precision-ground guide sleeves are manufactured to an f7 tolerance, ensuring they fit perfectly into a bore with an H7 fit for precise centering. For diameters up to 30 mm, these sleeves also feature a collar for optimal positioning.

They guide the press broach stably and without play during the pressing stroke in accordance with DIN 6885. For best results, we recommend our Phantom Extreme Cutting Paste. Replacement shims, broaches, and complete sets can be found in the related product groups or the parent category.
