The Phantom HSS Ergo-Step TiAlN Stepped Sheet Metal Drill Bit is the specialist tool for efficiently machining stainless steel sheet metal. The highly heat-resistant TiAlN coating effectively protects the drill bit from the high temperatures generated during the machining of stainless steel. The straight chip chamber provides maximum control for drilling exactly to the desired diameter, while the unique Ergo-Step design ensures ergonomic machining and consistently perfectly round holes. The three-fluted shank prevents the drill from spinning out of control in the drill chuck.
