The Phantom UNI HSS-E Machine Tap DIN 371 UNC is a universal and cost-effective solution for a variety of materials. The special anti-overcut geometry ensures a dimensionally accurate thread. This tap with a reinforced shank features a chip-breaking groove that pushes the chips forward. This provides the best results for through holes, as the chips do not damage the thread. The cut depth is 3.5–5 threads.
