International Tools (IT) ECO HSS Machine Tap, conforming to DIN 371, for the machine production of metric threads. This tap is your reliable and cost-effective choice. As a steel specialist in the ECO line, this HSS tap is designed for consistent performance in general steel grades. The geometry is specifically designed for blind holes: the 35° helix angle effectively lifts the chips upward. The 2–3-start cut (Type C) allows you to tap close to the bottom of the hole. The DIN 371 standard guarantees a reinforced shank for maximum stability and precise clamping.
