The Phantom HSS-E Stub Drill DIN 1897 is an extra-short drill bit with a cylindrical shank and a burnished surface, suitable for general use, particularly in stainless steel sheet metal. Starting at 2.0 mm, the drill bit features a precision cross-cut and a 135° point angle, resulting in excellent self-centering properties. This design often eliminates the need for pilot drilling and ensures precise positioning. The extra-short design increases stability during drilling.
